Danielle was a wonderful support to me. I really looked forward to her weekly calls and felt encouraged and “lighter” after each call. I felt empowered to continue on my journey and goal to age in the best way that can. As I talked with Danielle I gained a new perspective on some old family issues, exercise routines, other roadblocks and am now able to make progress on those issues and feel I’m headed toward a better “golden years”!
I began working with Danielle in my senior year of college, as I was on the horizon of dramatic change in almost all aspects of my life. She provided me with a confidential space to acknowledge and reflect on what behaviors and actions I wanted to bring with me in the next phase of my life and which I wanted to leave behind to benefit my own physical and mental health. Danielle allowed me to set my own goals, make my own connections, and draw my own conclusions while providing a gentle guiding hand without which I would not have been able to make those necessary assessments.
